What are the Services about?

• Is obscene, pornographic or otherwise may offend human dignity.
• Encourages any illegal activity including, without limitation, terrorism, inciting racial hatred or the submission of which in itself constitutes committing a criminal offence.
• Is defamatory.
• Impersonates a person, company or brand with the intent to deceive or confuse others.
• Shows another person where such Content was created or distributed without that person’s knowledge, and without that person having been afforded an opportunity to refuse such creation or distribution.
• Contains images of children, even if you are also in the photo, or endangers minors.

You are solely responsible for, and bear all liability in relation to, any Content that is published through your account. Therefore we encourage you not to share your sign in credentials with anyone else.

We reserve the right of removing any Content posted by you, by any reason, without prior notice, and the right of terminating your account, or prevent access to its features, for misuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage, including, without limitation, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) the conduct or content of other users or third parties on, through or following use of the service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some or all of the exclusions and limitations in this section may not apply to you.
